15 Year Old Male and Want to Bulk Up My Legs

I am a 15 yr. old male and i want to work out my thighs, i want to use your videos for working out and what is the fastest way to gain about 15-20 pounds of muscle about how long do u think it will take? which workout do u recomend?


YouTips4U: I recommend squats and lunges with weights for you if you want to strengthen your leg muscles, but you must be careful not to use too much weight - never max out. You are still growing and you don't want to damage your growth plates. At your age it is hard to put on a lot of muscle because you are still growing and your body is putting forth it's energy to grow taller. Once you have reach your maximum height, it will be easier for you to sculpt your body. Give yourself another 2-3 years, then you can add more heavily defined muscle.

  1. One thing that I found very effective is taking a ballet class. It's basically a lot of leg warm up that will build a lot of strength and flexibility in a short amount of time, in the process will build muscles.
