Simple Homemade Protein Treatment for Hair

Looking for a simple hair treatment rich in Vitamin E and protein to revitalize and strengthen your hair? I've got the perfect one for you and you can make it yourself at home. It's one of my favorites! Here's the recipe:

Ingredients
1/2 an Avocado
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Egg

Mash the avocado and scramble the egg. Mix in the other ingredients. Spread it throughout your hair, concentrating on the ends and the long hair. Twist your hair up in a bun and secure with a few bobby pins and cover your head with a shower cap to lock in warmth and help this treatment penetrate your hair.

Leave on for 20 minutes. Then rinse with cool water and following with a shampoo wash.

Your hair will love you!

If you want to intensify this treatment: soak a towel in warm water and wrap it around your shower cap with your hair in it. The extra warmth from the warm towel turn this treatment up a notch.

I hope you found this homemade recipe helpful and give it a try. Please be sure to click on the follow tab at the top of the screen to follow my blog because I have more homemade recipes to come.
