  1. Hi! I've watched all of your videos over the past couple of months and really enjoy them! Especially the work out videos! They've helped a ton to create my own workout routine instead of having to buy dvd workout videos.

    But I was wondering, do you have any workout routines that focus on the butt and thigh?

  2. Hi, I'm so glad you are finding my videos helpful. If you go to my channel and type it leg exercises, you will be able to view all the videos I have currently up for legs. Do the same with the word butt to view the butt exercise videos. Usually exercises that help your legs also work your butt. Don't forget lunges, they are wonderful for your butt. I will have more to come, but for now that's what I currently have available. Also, remember to slim down your butt and thighs, cardio is so beneficial. Try jogging and if you don't like that, how about walking. Any cardio exercise to burn calories will do. Keep up the good work :o)
