Could Too Much Fluoride Be Causing Your Joint Pain or Fibromyalgia?

My latest video below contains very important information that you should be aware of about fluoride. We have all believed that fluoride treatments have been an excellent preventative for tooth decay, but there is much more to know about this mineral, like its affinity for depositing itself into bone tissue and how with too much exposure you may be faced with difficult-to-diagnose health issues that doctor's are rarely familiar with. Infants and children are at particular risk from the side effects of too much fluoride, and so monitoring their intake is critical. This video will help educate you about what fluoride is and how it works so that you can make an informed decision about your daily intake of fluoride, your health, and the health of your family. The research I did for this video was eye-opening for me as a mother, as I came to realize that my own children were also affected by the overzealous thrust of fluoride recommendations from the media, doctors, and dentists when they were growing up, which I share with you in my video. There is also very important information for tea drinkers that you don't want to miss. There are risks you must be aware of if you enjoy drinking black tea, green tea, oolong tea, white tea, or pu-erh tea. I truly hope this video will help to better educate you on the subject of fluoride and that it will help you protect your teeth as well as your health and well being. Please share this video to help inform others.

Rectal Cancer is More Common Than Colon Cancer

Did you know that your risk of developing rectal cancer is four times higher than your risk of getting colon cancer?  Well, based on my research which I share with you in my recent comprehensive education video entitled,  Colon Cancer Screening: What You Need To Know About Colon Health, Colonoscopy, Cologuard | My Experience and Choice there is a gross misclassification going on when it comes to colon cancer deaths and rectal cancer deaths.  Colon cancer and rectal cancer are synonymously being called colorectal cancer.  They used data from the California Cancer Registry on reported death certificates to prove that 82% of rectal cancers were miscoded as colon cancer. Therefore we can extrapolate that since 80% of all colon cancers are in the left side of the colon, or distal colon and sigmoid colon, with higher risk for cancer developing in the rectum, examination of the distal and sigmoid colon, and rectum is of greater benefit in the detection of colorectal cancer. Please see my video below for more information on how to choose a colorectal cancer screening test that's right for you.

Colon Cancer Is On The Rise In Young Adults

A surprising fact is that colorectal cancer is rising in young adults. In fact, the American Cancer Society is now recommending that colorectal cancer screening begin at age 45 rather than age 50. March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month and it's important for your health to get screened because if colon cancer is caught early, the survival rate is 90%. Unfortunately, many people don't get screened  because not everyone wants to have a colonoscopy, which I discuss in my latest YouTube video. This video is based on my own personal experience and research. I take a comprehensive look into understanding the colon, colon cancer, and colon cancer screening tests, including an in-depth discussion of colonoscopy and its risks, side effects, and complications that you should be aware of. I want you to understand this vitally important area of the human body because it is critical for your health. Many think the colon is just responsible for waste, but it is so much more. It is actually being referred to as the second brain, and you will learn all about its amazing function and beauty in my video below.  I did a lot of research into this topic to help me decide on a screening method that was right for me and I share everything with you, including my choice for colorectal cancer screening. I want to help educate you and inspire you to take care of your health and to get screened. I hope this video will help you understand your colon as well as help you in your decision-making process of selecting screening test you feel comfortable with. Please share this video to help others.

4 Easy Ways to Boost Your Metabolism and Lose Weight Faster

In my latest motivation video below, which is the latest addition in my new series on helping you stay motivated and inspired in your life, I share four easy ways for you to boost your metabolism and weight loss program. I also share some motivational insights to help encourage you to stay focused on your exercise goals for this year. This is the time of year where the bright and shiny resolutions we made to get in shape and lose weight begin to wane and we tend to want to give up. Our disappointment with our progress leads to reverting back to old habits of comfort. Well, I know it can be challenging to stay positive and maintain momentum when you are on a weight loss journey, and that's why I did this video. I want to help you stay positive and optimistic by reminding you that you are doing something wonderful for your health and your body. I want to help you stay focused and stick with it. I also know that sometimes we hit plateaus in our diet and exercise programs that can cause us to lose confidence in our ability to achieve success, that's when you need something extra, something that will renew your hope and excite you and remind you why you are doing it.  In my video I share four really easy and simple ways that you can boost your weight loss plan to help get you through any challenges you may currently be facing. These tips will put the mojo back into your metabolism and help you lose weight faster. These are easy things you can incorporate into your life and become daily habits. Forming healthy habits helps you develop a healthy lifestyle and then you won't even need diets or have to concern yourself with losing weight. You will just be; and you will eat and live a certain way that does not add weight to your body or drag down your level of fitness. That's basically how I live. I naturally just gravitate to healthier foods and ways of cooking without even having to think of it, and I exercise regularly without having to force myself or make it a big focus of my daily life. It's just part of what I do regularly. You will get there too. I want to help you in any way I can so I hope you will watch my video below for inspiration and motivation to help you keep going, stay focused, and get excited about the new and wonderful way you are going to look and feel. xo Linda

Barre Arm Workout For Lean, Defined, Sculpted Arms

Transform your arms with my easy-to-follow, high intensity barre arm workout video below. It's perfect for all ages and levels of experience. The exercises I show you in this video will tone, define, sculpt and slim your arms fast.  Like barre class, this targeted and energizing arm workout utilizes light weights and higher repetitions to focus specifically on toning, defining, and sculpting your arms. You will see results fast! I often get asked what I do to have lean, toned, defined arms, and I have to say that doing this barre exercise routine regularly is what helps me maintain my attractive arms.

Unfortunately, as we age, we often lose muscle tone and strength and the skin around our biceps and triceps can begin to sag causing what's referred to as "bat wings", but do not be discouraged if you are in that current condition because muscles have amazing response sensitivity to stimulus when challenged to do more and you would be surprised at how fast this workout will tone and define your arms.  You can do these exercises with weights or without weights; you will get the benefits either way, so it's up to you how much resistance you would like to add. If you do use weights, I recommend using 1,2,3,4, or 5 lb. dumbbells, or even water bottles if you don't have any weights. I usually use 1-3 pounds, not more than that if I want to make it through the entire workout! So start your year off by working out with me to my barre arms video for lean, toned, sculpted arms fast, and remember to subscribe to my channel because I have a lot more to come to help keep you inspired and motivated throughout the new year!

Happy New Year!
