Cauliflower Pizza Crust Recipe - Tastes Just Like Pizza!
Making the best cauliflower pizza crust can be so easy with my recipe! I show you step by step in my video below. There are so many recipes on the web and I tried a bunch of them. Some of them were complicated and time consuming, and others left me flat with the taste. Through trial and error I created my own recipe for a hearty and delicious cauliflower crust pizza that won't fall apart, and it tastes like real pizza! I share it with you in this video. The trick is to combine the right ingredients and then be sure to wait about ten minutes after it's done baking before you cut into it and try to pick it up, because just like ordinary grain crust pizza, you must let it settle a bit before you can slice and handle it. I hope you love my recipe as much as my family and I do! It's a real winner in our household. You get the robust zest of tomato and yummy stretchy mozzarella in every bite! Sundays have always been pizza Sundays where I make homemade pizza, but for the last six months, they've been cauliflower pizzas. It's a great way to get more vegetables into your diet, and if you have young children, it's a great way to sneak more vegetables into their diet. It truly is delicious! And if you are trying to lose weight or on a keto diet, this is perfect for you because it's low carb, grain free, and gluten free, and cauliflower has just 25 calories per cup and 3 grams of fiber, so you can eat a lot of it without worry about gaining weight! It's very satisfying and super healthy for you, which I discuss in my video as well. I hope you will give it a try; let me know in the comments below the video.

Stay Home and Make Chicken Parmigiana
In my latest video below, I share with you my healthy recipe for a favorite Italian dish called Chicken Parmigiana, a/k/a Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Parm as it is so often called here in the U.S.A. It's one of the most delicious and hearty dishes, and it's easy to make. I show you step by step how to make it, so don't be intimidated if you are new to cooking. If you have made chicken parmesan before, I encourage you to try my recipe because it's healthier for you as I do not fry the chicken in oil, I bake it. With my recipe, you will get the same amazing hearty taste, but it's healthier for your body and easier to digest. So while we are all currently confined to our homes as we ride out the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, what better way to spend our time than cooking delicious homemade meals. I hope you will give my recipe a try and share this video with a friend. Stay well and God bless.

Zoodles - For Healthy Eating And The Keto Diet Plan
In my latest video I share one of my favorite homemade recipes for zucchini noodles, also affectionately called zoodles. In this recipe I make them italian style with a delicious sauce that contains garlic and olive oil, tomato sauce and healthy spices. You won't believe how delicious it is! Feel free to customize my recipe to your taste as well. Zucchini squash is a favorite food of the ketogenic (keto) diet plan which is a low carbohydrate, low sugar diet, and very popular for the treatment of many health problems. Zucchini is rated a Keto "A" food with only 3g of net carbs per cup. Compare zoodles at 3g per cup to traditional spaghetti at 41g per cup and you can see that zoodles are much lower in carbs, and the great thing is that you get the satisfying experience of eating traditional pasta because zucchini noodles have an amazing texture and taste. They are super healthy and a fun and easy way to add more vegetables to your diet. In my video below, I show you step by step how to make zoodles using a vegetable spiralizer, which I totally recommend you buy. I also show you how to prepare my very healthy recipe. I think you will love it! I just might make a vegetable lover out of you if you are not one yet. My family loves zucchini pasta! They can't get enough of it and I make a dish with it almost every week. I hope you'll give it try. Please remember to share my video with others so they can make this fantastic dish as well!

WARNING: Recalled Fire Extinguishers
If you have a fire extinguisher made by Kidde that has a manufacturing date on it of 1991-2000, please note that it has been recalled. It has a faulty valve and nozzle and it is subject to exploding. Please call the company right away to see about disposing of it. The phone number should be on the label. Take every precaution when handling it. If you do not feel comfortable going near it, call your fire department. I was not aware of this recall and never even knew these things get recalled! My fire extinguisher exploded and devastated an entire floor in my home. Thank god, no one in my family was near it when this thing gave way. Unfortunately, I did get exposure to the chemical powder and am dealing with lung issues. However, it could have been fatal for me had I been near the extinguisher when that nozzle discharged at a 100 lbs of pressure. Please call the manufacturer immediately and check if your fire extinguisher has been recalled. The company will send you an equivalent replacement. Please watch my video above to learn some really important tips about having a fire extinguisher in your home. These are things everyone should know that I found out the hard way. I want to help you know these things so you don't ever have to find out the hard way like I did.

How To Make Healthy Baked, Not Fried Eggplant Parmesan
Come cook with me and learn how to make my authentic eggplant parmesan recipe that I prepare in a way that is very healthy and nutritious for you. In my latest YouTube cooking video below, I show you step by step how to make my homemade eggplant parmigiana recipe that is 100% baked, not fried, and has no additional salt added. Eggplant parmesan is traditionally made by frying eggplant slices in hot oil and uses salt to sweat the eggplant. Eggplant, in particular, is a vegetable that absorbs a great deal of oil making traditional eggplant parmesan a very heavy and caloric meal. However, my no-fry homemade recipe is lighter, healthier, and even tastier than the fried version, and I even add my own special twist which I think you will love. It tastes absolutely amazing and it's one of my family’s favorite dishes that I make. So learn from a real Italian how to make mouth-watering eggplant parmesan, and you will learn how make it healthier for you too. You will also learn some great cooking tips; I cook everything for my family and I always cook healthy homemade whole foods. You will be right in the kitchen with me and we'll do it together. Abbondanza!
