In this video below I share helpful tips and insights on managing menopause, perimenopause, and post menopause. Together these are called your menopausal years and can include up to 15 years of perimenopause leading into menopause, followed by 3-5 years of postmenopause. Each of these phases of a woman's life is characterized by volatile hormonal fluctuations during which time women can experience uncomfortable symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, depression, anxiety, fatigue, aching joints, heart palpitations, dry, itching skin, and more. These symptoms can be very stressful and even overwhelming for so many women, and they often don’t know where to turn for help because this subject is just not openly discussed or is simply dismissed. Well, in my video below, I share what I have learned through my journey and experience with perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause, including hours and hours of research into this dynamic life-changing process. I share it all with you to help you easily learn and understand from someone who is your peer, how you can embrace this time of your life naturally, and aid your body through this transition in a healthy way. You are not alone and this informative and educational video will help you realize that and know what you can expect during your menopausal years. I provide you with natural remedies and tips that will be your allies of support during this transitional time to help you navigate and embrace this transformational change, and I share the facts and risks of taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) so you can make an educated and informed decision about what’s best for you and your health. This video will help empower you with the confidence that you are beautiful, vital, and in control of your health, now and in the future. Women have unique and very individual needs both emotionally and physically during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, and I want to help you know what to expect and what you and your body needs so you can have a happy and healthy life. The more you know, the better you will feel and the easier you can get through this monumental change. Lots of love, xoLinda

You Are A Wise And Beautiful Woman, No Matter Your Age Or Circumstance
This saddens me tremendously as a creator. Women want to hear from other women! They want to hear from women like myself that have no ulterior motive of trying to sell them something when they're at their most vulnerable. They want real women, sharing their real experiences, not just doctors and medical establishments putting out cookie cutter advice. Why don't they understand? Centuries ago, women were the keepers of their bodies and their healing. They understood that all the phases of womanhood were beautiful and special and rooted inside their intuition, lifestyle, spirituality, and of course, mother nature. Unfortunately, much of that tradition was eradicated and women were forced to accept a new way of thinking from a sterile medical doctrine that deep inside they knew was not in alignment with their inner needs. And so, women continue to struggle to cope with their own bodies and processes, still seeking answers for their own individual and very special circumstances. Women yearn to hear from other women who have travelled the path of womanhood and can share their experiences. Women that are in tune with their bodies and nature and the abundant resources provided to us by this beautiful earth that nourishes and fortifies. That is the role of the middle-aged wise woman who can now share her secrets of fertility, perimenopause, menopause, life, relationships, marriage, career, and respect for the natural processes of life. She is not old and wrinkled and forgotten, she is vital, empowered, free, and beautiful. Through my channel I will continue to be a voice to help unite and honor women by sharing my own natural prospective about life, health, and beauty to help others, and to remind women that they are beautiful, sexy, alive, intelligent, intuitive, graceful, loving, nurturing, and healers. I hope you will subscribe to my YouTube channel to be reminded through my videos to honor yourself, no matter your age or circumstance. If you honor yourself, others will honor you too. It starts with you. And always remember, trust your inner voice because you have the wisdom inside you, the energy from all that is living, from the beginning time.❤️

Will I Ever Feel Like Myself Again After Menopause?
In Part 1 of my new video series on menopause (see video below), I share many helpful insights and valuable information with you, woman to woman, about my journey through menopause and what I have learned and researched along the way to help me adapt to this enormous transition in a woman's life. I share this with you in an effort to help you prepare and accept this new age of womanhood. Yes, there is life on the other side of menopause and it's a great one. Find out in my video what I have to say about that! It's so important for women to understand the time of perimenopause and its symptoms, which often begins for many women in their 30s, and is the preparation of the beginning of a woman's journey into her menopausal years. Perimenopause often catches women off guard and they descend into a spiral of unhappiness, going from doctor to doctor with new symptoms to try to figure out what's suddenly wrong with them. Women need to understand that perimenopause and menopause come with so many symptoms as I discussed in my video: Menopause and Perimenopause Signs and Symptoms | My Experience | Natural Remedies
This time of life is going to have ups and downs caused by hormonal fluctuations and it's a natural process done in preparation for your body to no longer want to get pregnant. Unfortunately, there are still those that are trying to profit by taking advantage of women during this time of need and support, by telling them that they need to go on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in order to fend off old age and disease. In my video below, I discuss all the facts as well as the risks of taking HRT that you should be aware of if you are considering taking HRT, so you can make an informed decision as to whether this is suitable for you. Doctors don't tell you about the severe health risks when they recommend it to you, they often paint an ambiguous picture of safety and risk factors that make you feel like it's ok, or everyone does it, or that won't happen to me. I know because I was there too, but the risks are real and they are many. So we must do our own research and share it with each other, and support each other, and that is what I have done by creating this video. I want to help inform and educate you by sharing my experience. I share relevant and important research as well as my own insights to help empower women with the facts so they can make the decision that's right for them. Remember, menopause is a finite amount of time in a woman's life and it may not be worth risking your current or future health on something that is temporary, because although it may be hard to see when you are in the throes of suffering all the awful symptoms of hot flashes and night sweats, there is life on the other side of menopause, and I talk to you all about it in my video below. Please watch my video and share it with other women. You have the power to get past menopause quickly or slowly depending on the lifestyle choices you make during your change. The power is within you, not in a bottle of pills. Part 2 of this video series will be up in short order, so stay tuned!
