YouTips4U: Eggs have been a controversial subject of late, so I would like to shed a bit of light on it. Many people are confused as to whether eggs cause a rise in cholesterol levels in the blood. For many years, we were told that eggs increased our cholesterol levels and should be avoided; that they are something to enjoy very infrequently or not at all.
Well, here's the good news. Current medical research shows that eggs do not cause an increase in cholesterol levels. In fact, increased levels of cholesterol come from fats, not protein sources such as eggs. This new information is supported by the American Medical Association which confirms that it's perfectly fine to have an egg a day. If, however, you have cardiovascular disease, or high LDL ("bad") cholesterol, you should first discuss this with your doctor to make sure you get the green light.
We've certainly come a long way, and many of the foods that researchers once thought bad for us are turning out to be good for us and vice versa. Eggs are rich in protein and many other wonderful vitamins and minerals and should be a regular part of your diet. So go ahead and feel free to enjoy your fresh eggs again.

What Can I Use To Help Me Grow My Hair Long?
Hey!!
I am currently trying to grow my hair and I was just wondering if you know of any hair products or anything that I can use in my hair to stimulate growth.
Thanks a lot,
YouTips4U: Hi, you can try massaging your scalp with jojoba oil. Jojoba oil has been praised for centuries as a possible hair growth stimulant, and massaging your scalp helps bring blood flow to your follicles which will help stimulate hair growth. Please check out my video on jojoba oil on YouTube if you want to learn more about the benefits of this wonderful oil and some other uses for it.

Can You Help Me with My Dry Damaged Hair?
I have a question about my hair... the situation is like my hair is soo dry may be because i have used alot of different shampoos which doesnt even suit on my hair.. have colored my hair alot of times, and have so many chemicals in my hair.. i always see that there are so hydrated shampoos available but i dont know which one shud i use? as my hair is long but its like 2 faces on the bottom what can i do about it? and can u please tell me which shampoo is best for dry hair..?? and how to keep them smooth without dryness is there any good serum to use to keep it straight and smooth?
YouTips4U: Hi, I think you are right - your hair is dry and perhaps damaged from too much coloring and not using the right products for your hair type. I think you can repair it with the right hair products and also by discontinuing the repeated coloring and letting your hair rest. It's going to need special care for a while to get it back to normal. I suggest you purchase shampoo and conditioner for chemically treated hair or hair that has been colored and dry and damaged. Almost every shampoo line has one, so if you have a favorite take a look. If not, try Garnier Fructis (my favorite) or Pantene. Those two are great. While your hair is colored, used that type of shampoo. It will deposit moisture to your hair, helping the dryness and repairing some of the damage. Conditioning is extremely important and must be done after each shampoo. I love Garnier Fructis and Neutrogena Daily Triple Moisture.. Please take a look at my Deep Conditioning with Olive Oil Video on YouTube because I think you can really benefit from treatments with it. You can use it weekly while you are repairing your hair; then taper down to twice per month when it's healthy again. Definitely use a leave-in condition as well. I really like Organix Coconut Oil Serum, but I've also used Neutrogena and Garnier Fructis as well and they are good too. Good luck and keep me posted on how you're doing with your hair. Please write me back when you have time and explain to me what your color is like. If you are unhappy with it, maybe I can make a suggestion for you to bridge the gap while you wait for your hair to be healthy again and return back to it's natural color and texture. Don't despair in the meantime because it will get there; you'll just need to be extra gentle with it. Depending on the condition of your hair, you may need to take some of the length off to remove the dry damage so you can start fresh again.

Help! I Want to Reduce My Butt
Hi, my problem is that my butt looks so big and fat but in fact I'm a very thin person, that makes me smaller on the upper part of my body but bigger in size for my lower part of body...my whole body's proportion goes very wrong! :"( Any suggestions or other exercise that can help me to make my butt go flatter? Besides, any exercise that can increase my upper body's size? Thank you!!
YouTips4U: Hi, you have a pear-shaped body and tend to deposit your excess weight on your lower body. This is actually better than having an apple-shape body where you store your fat in your mid section which is closer to your major organs. Don't fret because you can re-proportion your body. You can do this with weight loss and weight training. Be sure to practice portion controlled eating and maintain a well-balanced diet. Limiting excess sugar, salt, and soda from your diet will really help jump-start you. You also need to do cardio exercise to burn calories and help you slim down. The weight training will help build up and strengthen your upper body as well as raise your metabolism. Muscle burns more calories than fat, even at rest. So adding muscle to your body makes a huge difference in your weight-loss program. In time your proportion will change. To reduce your butt, focus special attention on doing cardio exercise like running, walking, aerobics classes, etc. To tone up your butt and give it muscle and a nice shape, you'll need to do toning exercises like the ones in my videos. A great one is lunges. Please take a look when you have time. Remember to be consistent and stay committed because it does take time. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy or quick, so stick with it and you will have the results you desire. Hope that helps.

Fall is Here! Time to Get Cookin'
YouTips4U: Hi Everybody, the wonderful and colorful season of fall is upon us. With the cooler air and our biological need to favor heartier foods that warm and comfort us, it's a very special time to make home baked goods.
You can involve the whole family in many fun fall outings. One really fun thing to do that my family has been doing for years and years is to go apple picking in the country. The kids absolutely love it, and there is nothing better than a fresh crunchy apple picked right from its tree. We walk the beautiful fragrant orchard and fill our bags with shiny ripe apples. Then when you come home, you can bake a yummy apple pie or apple crisp. I always pile my apple pies so high with apples, I can barely cover the top with my home made pie crust. A tip to add fiber to your pie: I use whole wheat flour for my pie crust!
Now, just because winter is coming and we tend to eat a bit more, especially carbohydrates, doesn't mean we have to make unhealthy choices and add excess calories to our waistlines. Just be sure to continue your regular exercise program and practice portion control. With portion control, you can still have the foods you enjoy, but you monitor the amount. It will help you maintain your weight and stay healthy. Try to limit your snack foods that contain empty calories to once per day, and again, practice portion control. If you like a candy bar now and again. Go ahead and enjoy it, but make it only one and make sure you are not eating it instead of a proper meal, but only as a treat for yourself perhaps a little reward for a day of healthy living.
Please take a look at my latest video on YouTube where I show you how to make a delicious homemade tomato sauce using wonderful fresh ripe tomatoes. The fall is a perfect time for harvesting the fruits of your summer labor and what better way to enjoy your home grown tomatoes than with a homemade tomato sauce. You can use your homemade sauce for creating delicious hearty Italian dishes or perhaps a soup or salsa. Tomatoes are loaded with lycopene and other antioxidants and are a wonderful addition to your diet. So please stop by my YouTube channel and stay a while. I have lots of helpful videos posted that I think you will really like. http://www.youtube.com/user/YouTips4U

Leg Exercises to Tone Your Thighs
hi..should i do this after i loose weight just to tone my thighs OR will this help me loose weight and shape my thighs??!
YouTips4U: Hi, I would suggest doing them as you are losing your weight to tone up your thighs. Even when you are overweight, your underlying muscles is working to become stronger and pull your skin in and tone. This helps you avoid flabby skin as your weight comes off.

Quick Styles for Back to School Hair Styling
hi,, do you have some tips/videos on how to style your hair when going to school... because i have trouble on how to style my long hair when I'm going to school.
thanks in advance...
YouTips4U: Hi, I know time can be hard to come by when you are trying to get to school. The best thing to do is to wash and condition and style your hair the night before so you don't have so much to do with it in the morning before school. In the morning, brush it out gently and if you have unwanted waves, etc. dampen it a bit and restyle it using your blow dryer or flat iron, whichever you use. This will save time and your hair will come out just as nice. You may have to wet sections of your hair, but at least you don't have all the shampooing, etc. to do.
Another great thing you can do with really long hair is to wear it wavy. After you wash your hair the night before, or if you are not washing it that night simply dampen it; then make two braids, one on each side. Sleep with your hair braided and it will dry over night. When you let the braids out in the morning, you will have beautiful wavy hair! Just brush out and go.
Hope that helps :o)
