I have a wonderful tip for you on how you can help heal your acne. This treatment targets your entire face all at once, not just individual pimples and it's called Steaming. I recently uploading a video on YouTube on herbal steam inhalation to help remedy coughs, colds, and chest congestion. Inhaling the steam that rises off of a pot of boiling water containing tea bags (eucalyptus, chamomile, and ginkgo biloba) helps heal inflamed lung tissue, thin mucus, and soothe nasal passages, but it also does something else that's absolutely wonderful: it gives you the smoothest, most glowing healthy skin. If you are doing this treatment solely for your skin, you may use just the chamomile tea bag in the pot of boiling water. Chamomile has antibacterial and antiviral properties and when soaked into the skin through hot steam, helps to open and unclog pores and heal acne. The results are amazing! You do have to do it consistently; I would recommend at least once per day for best results. After as little as three days you will see improvement in your acne. You will see improvements to you skin quality almost immediately, and it feels so wonderful and relaxing. For information on how to do this wonderful natural skin and acne treatment, please see my video on YouTube. I really hope you will make this a regular part of your life. You will love the effects on your skin. I promise!

I was just wondering. After you do the steaming what do you do next? Do you just dab your face with a cool cloth, or do you wash it? I was just wondering what. Maybe you don't do anything at all. I was just curious. Thanks!! :)
ReplyDeleteHi, just splash a bit of cool water in your face to help close your pores then apply either your daily moisturizer if it's daytime or your night creme if it's bedtime. I also recommend placing a thin layer of Vaseline over your night cream to really help seal in moisture and repair skin while you sleep!
ReplyDeleteHi, i absolutely love all your health tips and i was wondering after reading the steam post about whether this process is good for people that don't have acne problems. Would it help with black heads as well or enlarged pores? What causes the enlarged pores and how can I get rid of them through natural remedies? Thanks so much for your help and for your wonderful tips.
ReplyDeleteHello everyone!!
ReplyDeletePimples are most common problem in all individual but it can be cured with the help of many Natural Cure.
Hi, steaming most certainly helps blackheads and enlarged pores. It helps by bringing all that stuff to the surface so it can come out of your skin. You can follow your facial steaming with a homemade pore strip. Please see my video on YouTube on how you can make them. Here is the link: http://youtu.be/cQHWpiRBf34
