Zoodles - For Healthy Eating And The Keto Diet Plan

In my latest video I share one of my favorite homemade recipes for zucchini noodles, also affectionately called zoodles. In this recipe I make them italian style with a delicious sauce that contains garlic and olive oil, tomato sauce and healthy spices. You won't believe how delicious it is! Feel free to customize my recipe to your taste as well. Zucchini squash is a favorite food of the ketogenic (keto) diet plan which is a low carbohydrate, low sugar diet, and very popular for the treatment of many health problems.  Zucchini is rated a Keto "A" food with only 3g of net carbs per cup. Compare zoodles at 3g per cup to traditional spaghetti at 41g per cup and you can see that zoodles are much lower in carbs, and the great thing is that you get the satisfying experience of eating traditional pasta because zucchini noodles have an amazing texture and taste. They are super healthy and a fun and easy way to add more vegetables to your diet.
