There is always a new popular diet plan, or doctor-turned-YouTuber promoting the amazing benefits of one diet or another. It's always been a very lucrative field for doctors to make money in and obtain sponsorship, because people trust doctors. However, in real life and in my experience, doctors typically don't talk to patients about their diet and lifestyle choices do they? They typically don't offer natural remedies about changing diet, lifestyle, or offer herbal remedies to alleviate illnesses or conditions do they? At least not in all the years I have visited my doctors for myself or my children, and I don't know of any friends or relatives who have had that experience either. So that's why you have to be skeptical and trust your own judgment, because its very often just a big money maker for the doctors that are out there doing it. It's a chance for them to use their credentials to convince people to buy something. Not unlike what celebrities do. We are all unique, so depending on your health situation, not every diet will work for you. Always, ask yourself, what am I being asked to give up? Is this healthy for my body at the expense of my waistline. Is the person who's advice I'm taking being sponsored by an industry and that's why they're delivering this particular message about a certain diet. We all have to keep in mind that the internet has become one giant advertising and marketing platform designed to prompt you to do one thing and that is "buy something". All that being said, I personally have no one that I have to answer to so I can be completely truthful and honest about what I share with people on YouTube, and I prefer to keep it that way. My message is based on my own personal life experience which I think people appreciate. I'm someone who has devoted considerable time and effort to reading and understanding the human body, its needs, and its beautiful unique gifts. As you know,  I believe food is medicine and that the right diet can help remedy many ailments. I am also of the belief that it's always best to try the natural route of adjusting one's diet and lifestyle before taking any medications. I think it serves you better in the long run.
