Managing Menopause and Perimenopause - What You Need To Know And Understand About The Change

In this video below I share helpful tips and insights on managing menopause, perimenopause, and post menopause. Together these are called your menopausal years and can include up to 15 years of perimenopause leading into menopause, followed by 3-5 years of postmenopause. Each of these phases of a woman's life is characterized by volatile hormonal fluctuations during which time women can experience uncomfortable symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, depression, anxiety, fatigue, aching joints, heart palpitations, dry, itching skin, and more. These symptoms can be very stressful and even overwhelming for so many women, and they often don’t know where to turn for help because this subject is just not openly discussed or is simply dismissed. Well, in my video below, I share what I have learned through my journey and experience with perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause, including hours and hours of research into this dynamic life-changing process. I share it all with you to help you easily learn and understand from someone who is your peer, how you can embrace this time of your life naturally, and aid your body through this transition in a healthy way. You are not alone and this informative and educational video will help you realize that and know what you can expect during your menopausal years. I provide you with natural remedies and tips that will be your allies of support during this transitional time to help you navigate and embrace this transformational change, and I share the facts and risks of taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) so you can make an educated and informed decision about what’s best for you and your health. This video will help empower you with the confidence that you are beautiful, vital, and in control of your health, now and in the future. Women have unique and very individual needs both emotionally and physically during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, and I want to help you know what to expect and what you and your body needs so you can have a happy and healthy life. The more you know, the better you will feel and the easier you can get through this monumental change. Lots of love, xoLinda
