Forgive And Set Your Heart Free Into 2020
A new and glorious year is upon us and with that is a unique opportunity to make deliberate decisions to help improve our lives going forward. There is an innate catalyst to beginning anew that is ever-present with the turning of the calendar to January 1st each year. As you reflect on this past year, you may find that you are carrying a burden of pain, or a heaviness that may have been caused by another's actions towards you that has weighed on your spirit and kept you from experiencing the highest level of joy in your life. We have all been hurt by others in our lives. Many have had their hearts broken and their trust shattered; others have been bullied or taken advantage of. Unfortunately, these experiences can be very painful and can often change how we feel about ourselves, or even the course of our lives, but we are not hopelessly doomed to carry these wounds and resentments with us forever. We can choose to make a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment and vengeance towards others, regardless of whether they deserve forgiveness or not. When you choose to forgive, it does not mean that you will forget, nor does it mean that you excuse or condone the offense against you. What forgiveness does is it frees you from the corrosive anger and resentment you feel in your heart that weighs down your spirit, joy, self confidence, and sometimes even your health. Choosing to forgive can help you realize that you are not a victim, that you have the power to choose to move on and have peace of mind. Letting go of negative thoughts and feelings can free you and empower you to recognize and validate the pain you suffered, without letting that pain define you, or your life, any longer. And remember, we must also learn to forgive ourselves, and recognize that we are only human and make mistakes. Forgiving ourselves can sometimes be even harder than forgiving someone else. So this New Year 2020, help yourself heal and move on with your life, should you need to, by making the decision to FORGIVE, and go forward into the new year with a peaceful heart and joyous optimism. Wishing you all a very happy and healthy New Year.❤️

Never Give Up Because FAIL Only Means First Attempt In Learning
The end of the year is upon us and that means it's time to reflect. You can start by taking a moment to think back to last New Year's Day 2019. Think honestly about all the things you set out to accomplish during the year, and evaluate how far you've come towards your goals. For many of you this will be an exercise in appreciating your successes or how far you've come towards your goals. For others, it may be about evaluating your failures, where things went wrong, and hopefully, what you learned from them. Those who have experienced failure are just as fortunate as those who have achieved success. In fact, many who have had successes in life will admit that it was their failures that led them to success, because they learned from their failures through the process of refection and trying again, and it is that process that leads to success. The effort that is born out of failure carries with it an increase in the odds of succeeding with future attempts. So just because you failed at something doesn't mean that it is the END. Failure is never the end, it is merely the beginning of the success process. It is an attempt in learning. An attempt to accomplish something that simply resulted in the need for more effort or greater understanding so that you can come back stronger and wiser when you try again. So let's begin our reflection today for the new year is upon us. Let's celebrate our attempts for 2019; then let's make a list of new attempts for 2020!❤️

Should You Take Antidepressants, SSRIs For Menopausal and Perimenopausal Symptoms
In my recent video below, which is Part 2 of my video series on my journey through menopause and perimenopause, I discuss the option of taking antidepressants for menopausal symptoms. Antidepressants are also called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or SSRIs. Many women will seek advice from their doctors for their very bothersome and difficult emotional symptoms during perimenopause and menopause, and doctors will usually advise that a woman take either hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or antidepressants to help with their symptoms. I, myself, was offered these medications several times. Each time I refused, but I was not offered any type of alternative or natural means to overcoming my symptoms, and so I began a personal journey of discovery and learning to help myself get through it, and that is what I share with you on my YouTube Channel. I'm sharing the wise woman wisdom that I have gained through my journey over the last 12+ years from perimenopause to menopause to post menopause. In my latest video below, I discuss the side effects and risks of both HRT and SSRIs as there are many to be concerned with. HRT is associated with health risks of cancer, heart disease, stroke, blood clots, and dementia, and SSRIs are associated with neurological risks of bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts, suicide, a worsening of depression and anxiety symptoms as well as a whole host of other health issues, which I discuss in my video. If you are considering either of these medications to help relieve your menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms, please watch both Part 1 and Part 2 of my video series below FIRST. It is important information you should know about for your menopausal journey. Please watch it before you consider taking any drugs or medications for menopause or perimenopause because it's important for you to know the facts about the health risks. There are so many natural remedies to help support your body through this transitional time. Perimenopause and menopause is not a disease or a medical condition, but a natural course of life for all women. The data and research on HRT recommends that it should only be used as an absolute last resort for severe vasomotor symptoms, which are hot flashes and night sweats, and only for the shortest amount of time between the ages of 50-59 only. While neurological drugs like SSRIs are recognized as a mode of treatment for perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, it would not be something that I would personally consider or recommend; just too many unwanted side effects and risks in my opinion. I'm grateful to be able to share what I have learned to help you and support you in your journey through your menopausal years. Please remember to subscribe to my channel and share my videos with other women. Thank you!

Natural Remedies for Feminine Dryness
One of the biggest complaints women have during perimenopause and menopause is vaginal dryness and irritation due to fluctuations in hormone levels and decreasing estrogen. However, many women are made to feel like this is a medical condition that warrants going to a doctor to get a prescription for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), either pills, patches, or creams. In my latest video below, which is Part 2 of my video series on the journey of transformation through perimenopause and menopause naturally, I share with you natural remedies to help ease your symptoms so you can get through this transitional period in life more comfortably. You don't have to turn to HRT to mask or suppress symptoms of menopause which are a natural progression of life and a necessary process for a woman's body to go through. Women are led to believe that life is on the decline when menopause is reached, but nothing could be farther from the truth. It is actually a rebirth for women. I new freedom that is to be embraced. I talk all about it in my latest video and I share helpful personal insights and tips to help you with your menopausal transition. If you are a women between the ages of 30-60+ you don't want to miss any of my menopausal videos because all women should be aware of all the stages of womanhood. Perimenopause sneaks up on most women, often causing much anguish emotionally and physically, and part of the reason for this anxiety and worry is because women are not aware of all the symptoms and that this is a normal part of aging for a woman. Hormones begin to fluctuate once you reach age 30. They cannot be measured accurately because they are constantly adjusting and changing, but one thing is for certain, making healthy lifestyle changes will help you immensely. Often the reason women experience exaggerated symptoms is due to their lifestyle so be sure to watch my video Menopause and Perimenopause Signs and Symptoms | Natural Remedies | My Experience to understand the process of perimenopause and menopause and to learn about ways you can cope and help support yourself and your body during this time. Please watch Part 2 of my video series entitled: Risks of Hormone Replacement Therapy | Natural Remedies for Symptoms Down There | My Journey Pt. 2 to learn more about the journey of getting through perimenopause and menopause, right from someone who's been through it herself.
